The Court :- In this application probate in respect of a registered Will said to have been left behind by the deceased on 3rd October, 2016 has been sought for. The Will was presented for registration on 3rd October, 2016 and has been registered in the office of the Additional Registrar of Assurance-III, Kolkata on 4th October, 2016.

Considering the Will to be a registered one and that the only heir in intestacy has consented to the grant, probate is granted in favour of the executor/petitioner in terms of prayer (a) of the application. PLA 439 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) sb/
