...for the award-debtor The Court: Mr. Jishnu Saha, senior advocate appearing on behalf of the award-debtor submits that the award-debtor is willing to furnish the bank guarantee in terms of prayer (a) of the tabular statement in the execution application bearing no.EC/213/2022.

Accordingly, the award-debtor is directed to furnish a bank guarantee for a sum of Rs.3,38,49,871.00 in favour of the Registrar, Original Side, High Court within a period of three weeks from date.

Upon furnishing the bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar, Original Side, the award dated 21st March, 2022 shall stand stayed. In AP/424/2022, parties are directed to exchange affidavits. Accordingly, let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of seven weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, within three weeks thereafter. Liberty is granted to the parties to mention for inclusion in the list.
