It appears that the present application as well as the writ petition on the Original Side are not maintainable.

This Court directs the Registry to convert the application as well as the connected writ petition into application and writ petition on the Appellate Side upon compliance of necessary formalities. Advocate-on-record of the applicant is directed to take steps for such conversion.
