Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2/respondent Authority concerned in considering and disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 9th March, 2023 for migration of its PAN number. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 1463 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2/respondent Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 9th March, 2023 being annexure P-14 to the writ petition in accordance with law by taking a decision on the aforesaid application within three weeks from date and shall communicate his decision to the petitioner.
