The Court: Receiver files report. The same be taken on record. It appears from the report that the possession of the vehicle has been taken by the Receiver.

Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that arbitration proceedings have commenced and, accordingly, prays that the Section 9 application may be disposed of.

In light of the above submissions, the Section 9 application being AP/479/2022 is disposed of. The order passed in the Section 9 application shall continue for a further period of six weeks or until further orders passed by the Arbitrator.
