Learned Counsel for the respondent says that he has paid the settlement amount of Rs. 25 lakhs in three instalments dated 01.07.2025, 01.08.2025 and 01.09.2025. The said fact is accepted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner who states that the settlement amount has been paid and the award stands complied with.

In view of the said fact, the present execution case along with the connected application stand disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
