It appears therefrom that the Corporation has withdrawn the impugned stop work notice issued under Section 401 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, she has instruction to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPO 1466 of 2023 stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

It will be open for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to take steps in accordance with law.
