The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 15th December, 2016 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The wife and the only son of the testator pre-deceased him. The daughter of the testator is the applicant for the grant of probate. The daughter in law and the grand daughter of the testator being respectively the wife and the daughter of the testator's pre-deceased son have given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
