In view of the observation of this Court made in the order dated November 9, 2022, Mr. Pal, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, has taken instruction from his client and on the basis of such instruction, he submits that nothing further survives in this writ petition. On enquiry, this Court has been told that previously from time to time some interim orders have been passed in this writ petition. The parties appearing before this Court today, have confirmed that they have no objection if the writ petition is dismissed.

In the light of the above, this writ petition being WPO/608/2018 along with the connected interlocutory application stand dismissed as not pressed.
