Counsel for the plaintiffs has handed over a communication dated 7th January, 2025 wherein the plaintiffs have informed the Advocate on record for the plaintiffs that the plaintiffs have settled their dispute with the defendant and they do not want to proceed with the present suit further.

In view of the written communication dated 7th January, 2025, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs prays for withdrawal of the suit. Counsel for the defendant has also handed over a communication dated 4th January, 2025 wherein it reveals that the plaintiffs have surrendered the tenanted premises to the defendant. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respective parties and the written communication dated 4th January, 2025 and 7th January, 2025, CS No. 208 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, all the connected applications is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
