The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Both the petitioners and the respondents are agreeable to prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.

In light of the same, leave is granted to the trustees of Estate of Sri Jatindra Mohon Ghosh and Sri Nagendra Mohon Ghosh to develop by entering into a joint venture agreement and/or deal with and/or dispose of premises at 11B, Surendranath Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013 only by public auction. The petitioners shall also be at liberty to advertise for sale of the properties in newspapers, one in English and the one in Bengali in Kolkata.

Upon any offers being received by the petitioners, the same may be examined by them and leave is granted to file an application before this Court for confirmation of either the development agreement or the sale agreement. ATA/11/2021 is accordingly disposed of.
