...for the State The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by the Supreme Court on August 23, 2024 passed in connection with Civil Appeal Nos.9781-9782 of 2024, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present execution application and to file afresh in accordance with law. For such purpose, learned counsel also seeks leave to take back the original award.

Accordingly, EC/328/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the award-holder to file afresh in accordance with law.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the awardholder/applicant to take back the original award filed along with the execution case upon furnishing a duly certified photocopy of the same for the records.
