...for the petitioner The Court: The advocate-on-record of the petitioner seeks disposal of the present application filed under Section 9 of the 1996 Act on the ground that the arbitral tribunal has already been constituted on 27th June, 2023. The orders in the file show that adjournment had been taken on 12th July, 2023 on the ground that service of the application was not complete. The petitioner is enjoying an interim order passed by a co-ordinate Bench on 30th January, 2023 whereby the respondents were restrained from withdrawing any money from their bank accounts without keeping aside an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-.

It is submitted that the rest of the relief may be referred to the tribunal.

AP/487/2022 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to urge all reliefs before the tribunal. The interim order dated 30th January, 2023 will be subject to orders passed by the tribunal upon appropriate applications filed by the parties.
