The Court : The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted the newspaper publication whereby the deceased Ramesh Chandra Agarwal alias Gupta had severed his relationship with his elder son namely Sushil Kumar Gupta during his lifetime. Such paper publication was made in the Hindi newspaper 'Sanmarg' on 30th June, 2007 as well as in 'The Statesman' on 30th June, 2007. Learned Counsel has further submitted that all other legal heirs had submitted their no objection and as such prayer for granting probate may be allowed.

After considering the materials on record, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of PLA/350/2022.

Accordingly, PLA/350/2022 is disposed of.
