The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the entire amount of Rs.53,77,987/- has been paid pursuant to the decree dated 8 September, 2017. A scanned copy of the affidavit is also furnished to the award holder. The judgment debtor undertakes to serve the original of the said affidavit by 15 September, 2023.
