Again when the matter was called on 7th April, 2022 none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation was sought for and for the ends of justice as a last opportunity this court had fixed the matter on 12th April, 2022 and on that date also none had appeared on behalf of either of the parties. When the matter is listed today again none has appeared on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for. It reveals from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP/1071/2014 for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
