A Terms of Settlement dated 21st January, 2023 signed by the parties and their respective Advocates is filed in Court which is taken on record. The Terms of Settlement is apparently lawful. By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on the day's list and decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 21st January, 2023 treating the same as a part of the decree. The decree should be drawn up as expeditiously as possible.
