The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 20th April, 2009 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The daughter and the son of the deceased are respectively the executrix and the executor jointly appointed under the last Will and Testament dated 20th April, 2009 left behind by the deceased. The applicants are also the only heir/heiress in intestacy.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
