..for the respondent nos. 2 to 6 The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate under Section 29A(4) of the 1996 Act.

Admittedly, this is the fourth extension sought for. The mandate expired on 2nd August, 2023 and the application was filed on that very date.

The respondents do not have any objection to the mandate being extended.

Since the Court has been informed that the first sitting in the arbitration was held in September, 2017 and six years are about to be completed, AP/518/2023 is allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for three months from 2nd August, 2023.

It is made clear that the petitioner will not seek any further extensions of the mandate.
