This matter has appeared at the instance of the Department. There are several defects which had been found upon scrutiny by the Department and the plaintiff has taken no steps whatsoever to rectify any of the defects. In view of the aforesaid, it is evident that the plaintiff is not interested in proceeding with this suit.

Accordingly, CS/288/2013 stands dismissed.
