Counsel for the plaintiff is handed over the copy of the order passed by this Court dated 5 September, 2016 in GA 2300 of 2016 wherein it is recorded that "it also recorded that the first defendant has made a statement in the affidavit filed on its behalf that it does not intend to re-telecast the interview that was aired on July 3, 2016. Such telecast is referred to in the order dated August 11, 2016". In view of the order passed by this Court in GA 2300 of 2016 the instant suit has become infructuous. None appearance on behalf of the plaintiff and no accommodation is sought for. Hence, C.S No. 183 of 2016 is dismissed for default.
