... for the opposite party The Court :- This is an application for modification of the order dated August 11, 2025. The petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7 lakhs by way of a demand draft within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Such deposit could not be made. Under such circumstances, the period to deposit the said amount is extended upto November 20, 2025. If the deposit is made within November 20, 2025, the unconditional stay of the award will continue.

Needless to mention that the amount shall be deposited by a demand draft and shall be invested in an interest bearing auto renewal short term fixed deposit with any nationalized bank by the learned Registrar, Original Side, of this Court.

Accordingly, the order is modified to the above extent. The application is disposed of accordingly.
