After hearing Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, I am of the view that this review application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to raise all points taken in the review application

with regard to existence of a valid arbitration agreement under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Tribunal.
