Mr. K.N. Jana, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 19th July, 2024 mentioning the name of the deceased as "SUCHETA SEN (NEE CHAKRAVBORTY) (DEC)" instead of "SUCHETA SEN (NEE CHAKRABORTY) (DEC)".

In view of such submissions, let the name of the deceased in the cause title of order dated 19th July, 2024 be read as "SUCHETA SEN (NEE CHAKRABORTY) (DEC)" instead of "SUCHETA SEN (NEE CHAKRAVBORTY) (DEC)".
