The Court:- The petitioner's name has been placed by Shri Maheswari Vidyalaya as Group D staff in place of one Hari Shankar Dubey. The D.I. of School shall consider the approval of such staff strictly in terms of the applicable rules and the circulars of the department in this regard.

Let a suitable decision be taken by the D.I. within a period of four weeks from date. The D.I. may call for the records from the school and, if necessary, call the Head of the institution personally in this regard for complying with the aforesaid order.
