Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits, upon instruction that, the order passed by the Court has been complied with albeit at a very belated point of time. It has been submitted that a fresh order has been passed by the authority which the petitioners intend to challenge before the appropriate forum.

As it appears that the order passed by the Court has been complied with, accordingly, no order is passed in the instant contempt application save and except that the contemnor shall remain very cautious while dealing with orders passed by the Court. The Court's order is liable to be complied with within the time limit specified by the Court and not as per the whims and fancies of the authority.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
