The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder/assignee that during the pendency of the execution application the decree holder/assignee has assigned the debt to Kotak Mahindra Bank. In such circumstances, liberty is granted to the decree holder to withdraw this execution application and take back the original certified copy of the award dated 22nd June, 2016 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

Liberty is granted to the decree holder/assignee to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid, EC/635/2018 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK/pkd.
