The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 15th March, 2017 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The legal heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant. The consent of the minor child being one of the heirs in intestacy has been given by the mother being the widow.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
