The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 10th April, 2006 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the sons of the deceased is the attesting witness along with the executor. The said son and the other heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
