The Court:-On perusal of the cause title of the writ petition, it appears that the offices of the respondents situate outside the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court except respondent no.1. However, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the address of the authority as described against the respondent no.1 has been changed.

It is also submitted on behalf of the parties that cause of action arose beyond the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, it is found that the writ petition on the Original Side is not maintainable.

Department is directed to convert this writ petition on the Original Side jurisdiction into a writ petition on the Appellate Side on compliance of all necessary formalities and allotting appropriate number.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the department in completing aforesaid formalities. After the writ petition is converted into the writ petition on the Appellate Side, matter shall be accordingly listed.
