The Court : Pursuant to the order dated 21st January, 2021, Mr. Ghosh appears on behalf of the Corporation and submits a compliance report, inter alia, recording that the concerned demolition of the unauthorized construction has been completed by the respondent authorities. The petitioner is represented and submits that the illegal construction complained of in this writ petition have been demolished.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Corporation and the petitioner nothing survives in the writ petition. WP 628 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.

The compliance report filed by the Corporation and the State be kept with the records.
