The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of one of the Wills dated 20th September, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. This Will is in respect of the first floor of an immovable property situated at No. 21A, Birpara Lane, Kolkata-700 030. The other Will is in respect of the ground floor of the same premises. Both the Wills are registered Wills. The two daughters being the heiresses in intestacy of the deceased have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
