The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of one of the Wills in respect of ground floor, the other Will is for the first floor dated 20th September, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The two daughters being the heiresses in intestacy of the deceased have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
