The Court: By this application the petitioner seeks condonation of delay in filing the inventory and accounts in the probate proceeding. The petitioners cite the ongoing pandemic as the reason for delay. In such circumstances, the causes shown are accepted as sufficient. There shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons dated February 9, 2021.

The petitioners will file the inventory and accounts in the department by March 4, 2021.
