The alleged contemnor has also expressed apology in making delay while complying the order passed by the Court.

In consideration of the explanation offered in the affidavit filed today, the apology expressed by the alleged contemnor is accepted in view of the compliance of the order vide memo dated 25th July, 2022. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt application being CC/44/2022 stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question the order dated 25th July, 2022 in accordance with law, if so advised. (SAUGATA BHATTACHARYYA, J.) akg/
