The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 19th July, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the sons is the executor and the applicant for the grant. The other son and the daughters being the other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
