...for the respondent nos.5 to 9 The Court: By a previous order of this Court, this matter was referred to the Hon'ble Mediator in order to come to a settlement through mediation. The Mediator's report is available on record today under cover of letter of the Officer-in-Charge, Mediation Centre, High Court at Calcutta dated 11.10.2023.

On perusal of the same, it appears that the parties have entered into the terms for settlement of the dispute amongst them. The report reveals that there

are 16 terms and conditions in total having been agreed upon by the respective parties.

Let the said report of the Hon'ble Mediator be accepted. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement as arrived at by the respective parties before the Hon'ble Mediator as mentioned above. The report of the Hon'ble Mediator shall form part and parcel of this order. It is further mentioned that the developer, M/s. S.C. Sons Pvt. Ltd. as well as the Kolkata Municipal Corporation shall be obliged and bound by the terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties to facilitate proper implementation of the terms of settlement as entered into by the parties before the Hon'ble Mediator.
