The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal ended on October 23, 2024.

The petitioner prays for extension of time to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award.

Considering the substantial progress made in the proceeding, this court deems it fit to extend the time by a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitral Tribunal in order to enable the learned Tribunal to make and publish the award within the extended period.
