The Court : After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State Information Commissioner, WPO/2339/2022 may be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.6 being the Executive Engineer (Civil)-cum-State Public Information Officer, Kolkata Municipal Corporation to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 17th June, 2021 under Section 6(i) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
