...for the petitioner The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application on the ground that an assignment agreement which was executed between the parties does not find place in the application. Considering the fact that the application was filed on 10th August, 2023 and the assignment agreement is of 27th March, 2019, AP/543/2023 is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn upon costs to be paid by the petitioner of Rs. 15,000/- to Katakhali Swapnopuron Welfare Society, Kolkata within seven days from date.
