The Court : This contempt application arises out of alleged violation of an order dated 27th June, 2001 passed in G.A. 2864 of 2000, C.S. 268 of 2000. The matter appeared in the list on 29th June, 2021, when no one appeared on behalf of any of the parties even at the second call.
