The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner hands up a copy of a mail of 14th July, 2022 from the petitioner to his lawyers stating that the petitioner received a call from the General Manager of the Recovery and Legal Cell of the Indian Bank assuring the petitioner that the Bank will withdraw the Look-out Circular issued by the Bank to the Bureau of Immigration based on the representation given by the petitioner to the Bank. The petitioner has accordingly expressed his intention of withdrawing the writ petition.

The Bank is represented and refers to a representation made by the petitioner which is required to be decided by the Bank.

In view of the e-mail, which is kept on record, WPO/2342/2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
