The Court:-The petitioner claims to be aggrieved by an order of demolition passed under Section 400(1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 on 27th July, 2023 by the Executive Engineer (Civil)/ Building/Borough-III.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the subject property and intends to prefer an appeal before the statutory appellate forum. According to the provision of law, a person aggrieved by any order passed under Section 400(1) of the Act may prefer an appeal before the statutory appellate forum. The petitioner may avail the remedy as available in law.
