Counsel for the plaintiff submits that initially plaintiff has filed an application for ad interim injunction. This Court by an order dated 07.11.2024 has refused to grant an ad interim injunction and being aggrieved with the said order, the plaintiff has preferred an appeal being APOT NO. 371 of 2024. The Appellate Court by an order dated 20.11.2024 has dismissed the appeal. Now, Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the present suit and prays for withdrawal of the suit without any liberty to file afresh.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff, the plaintiff is granted leave to withdraw the suit without any liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, CS No. 214 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file afresh.
