This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of order dated 14th July, 2010 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Sanjib Banerjee in GA No. 2417 of 2009 and GA No.190 of 2009 in CS No. 978 of 1935.

On earlier occasion notice was served by the petitioners upon the alleged contemnors.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioners, the application for contempt is dismissed for default.
