...for the respondent The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator terminated on August 6, 2024. Learned advocate for the respondent prays that a short time may be granted as the matter has been reserved for making and publishing the award. The hearing has been completed.

Under such circumstances and in view of the progress made, this Court deems it fit to extend the time by a further period of four months from the date of

communication of this order on the learned Arbitrator, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within such time. AP-COM/909/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of. All allegations made against the respondent are deemed to be denied as no affidavit has been called for.
