The Court:These matters have been listed at the instance of the petitioner in WPO/1050/2024 for correction of the order dated March 5, 2025.

It is submitted that in the last paragraph of page 3 of the order dated March 5, 2025, the address of the relevant premises has been recorded as "129 and 131 of Park Street, Kolkata- 700 017", while the address of premises is "129, Park Street, Kolkata-700019.

All the parties present before this Court do not dispute such submission.

In that view of the matter, let the address of the relevant premises as appearing in the last paragraph of page 3 of the order dated March 5, 2025 be read as "131, Part Street, Kolkata- 700 017" in place and stead of '129 & 131, Park Street, Kolkata- 700 017'. It has further been submitted that because of the confusion about the address, the Special Officer could not visit the premises in terms of the order dated March 5, 2025.

All the parties now, however, have agreed that the Special Officer will visit the premises on March 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. (KAUSIK CHANDA, J.) A/s.
