...For the respondent The Court : Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the award holder submits that his client has received the amount of Rs.1.04 Crores being the interest component as per the award. He further submits that the attachment of Rs.90 lacs lying with the Bank of Maharastra may be released in favour of the award holder. In light of the above submission, the Chief Manager, Bank of Maharastra, WBHB Branch, 105, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata -700 014 shall immediately release the said amount to the award holder within a period of two weeks from date.

With the above directions, the application being GA No.1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Perused the averments made in the urgency application. The Court is satisfied with the averments. Thus, urgency application being No. GA No.2 of 2020 is disposed of.
