The Court: An adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the award-holder. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they are unable to effect service on the award-debtor.

The matter has been pending since 2018. By an order dated 20 December, 2018, the award-debtors were directed to file their Affidavit of Assets. However, no Affidavit of Assets has been filed. Thereafter, repeated orders have been passed but the award-debtors are still not traceable. In such circumstances, in my view, no further opportunity should be granted to ascertain the whereabouts of the award-debtors. EC/644/2018 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original award and replace the same with the photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) s.pal
