The Court : This is an application for extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceedings and for publication of the award. It is submitted that by consent of both the parties, the time period for publication of the award be extended by a period of six months. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time to publish the award is extended by a period of six months from the date of this order.
